As we begin the process of welcoming the graduating class of 2035, we will be hosting “meet and greet” sessions again that will take place in February. These sessions give families an opportunity to submit all of their registration documents and meet a member of the administration team from their school. Appointments will be made available to all incoming Kindergarten families on these dates: East Side Schools = February 17, 2022; West Side Elementary Schools = February 24, 2022. Time slots will be between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM and will take place at the Rosalie Jones Administration Building at 335 W. Wilson Street. The appointment times will go quickly, so please submit the appropriate form below (EAST or WEST side) as soon as possible. You must complete the online signup form to attend. We also plan to host a Kindergarten Preview at each school building just prior to the start of school in 2022. Details on this event will be provided over the summer. Here is information about District school boundaries if you are unsure where your student would attend elementary school in our District. For students that will attend a District Elementary School on the EAST side of Batavia (Hoover-Wood, J.B. Nelson, or Louise White School) an appointment window has been set for the evening of Thursday, February 17. All appointments will take place at the Rosalie Jones Administration Building, 335 W. Wilson Street in Batavia. Please sign up for an appointment time HERE. A NOTE FROM THE PTO: Trivia Night: We’re so excited to be bringing back Trivia Night! It’s a great (adult only) night out as well as a great way to support your PTO. February 26th, 7pm at the Moose Lodge in Batavia. Stay tuned for registration and theme details.
